Payment & Refund Policy

How you can pay

You can pay for a course in two ways. Paying online with Whish Money is immediate: you are taken to the Whish payment page, and your place is confirmed as soon as the payment clears.

You can also choose to pay later. We save your place, then contact you with instructions to pay by OMT, Western Union, or in cash. Paying later costs more than paying online, and the extra amount is always shown to you before you confirm.

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD).

Why paying later costs more

Paying later is handled by hand: someone has to send you instructions, wait for the transfer, confirm it arrived, and match it to your registration. The additional amount covers that work.

The exact amount is shown on the payment step, next to the option, before you agree to anything.

When your place is confirmed

If you pay online, your place is confirmed once Whish confirms the payment, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

If you choose to pay later, your place is reserved when you register, and confirmed once we receive your payment. Registering is not the same as paying: until the payment arrives, your place is held rather than secured.

Cancellations and refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a place is booked.

Please make sure the course is the right one for you before you pay. If you are not certain which program fits, contact us first and we will help you choose — we would much rather answer questions beforehand than have you book the wrong course.

If Balance Brightness cancels or reschedules a course, we will contact you directly to arrange your place on the next available session.

Discount codes

Where a discount code applies, the discount is taken off the course price before any pay-later amount is added, so you are never charged extra on a discount you were given.

A code may be limited to certain courses, may have an expiry date, and may be limited in how many times it can be used. If a code does not work, it is usually because one of those limits applies.

Exam fees and third parties

Course fees cover Balance Brightness training only. Where a course prepares you for an examination set by another body, that body's examination fees, membership fees, and registration costs are separate and are paid directly to them.

Balance Brightness is an independent training provider and is not an examining body.

Questions

If anything about a payment is unclear, contact us at info@balancebrightness.com or by phone before you pay. We would rather answer a question first than sort out a misunderstanding afterwards.
