This Privacy Policy explains how Balance Brightness (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit balancebrightness.com (the “Site”) or get in touch with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Balance Brightness is an independent private training institute. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) or any other professional syndicate or examining body. Our programs are independent academic review and support for exam candidates, not official preparation courses, and the examinations are set, administered, and awarded solely by the relevant body.

Information you submit through this Site is collected and held by Balance Brightness alone. It is not submitted to, shared with, or visible to LACPA or any other examining body, and submitting it does not register you with any of them. The full statement is in our Terms & Conditions.

When you fill in one of our forms (contact, course or organisation registration, the LACPA exam prep page, the free e-book, checkout, the certificate request or the WhatsApp button), we collect what you type: usually your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in and your message. We also store your agreement to this policy, the page you sent the form from, the ad campaign that brought you (UTM tags), your IP address and your browser type.

When you buy a course we also keep your order: the courses, the price, the country used for pricing and the payment status. We never see or store your card or wallet details; those stay with the payment provider.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, register and teach you, take payment, send your order and course emails and your certificate, keep our records, stop spam and abuse, and measure which pages and ads work. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and uploaded files are stored with Vercel Blob. Form entries and orders are stored in a Supabase database. Emails from the site (your confirmation and our notification) are sent through Resend. Your contact details and enquiry are added to our HubSpot CRM so our team can follow up. Payments are handled by Whish Money, or by Western Union if you choose it. Our domain and email routing run on Cloudflare. Google reCAPTCHA checks our forms for bots, and the contact page shows an embedded Google map. If you use our WhatsApp button, the conversation continues on WhatsApp (Meta).

Each of these companies processes only what it needs to provide its service to us.

Essential cookies keep the site working: your cookie choice, your cart and promo code, the country used to show prices, the campaign that brought you (kept 30 days), and a short-lived memory of your form details so you do not retype them. These are always on.

Statistics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised sessions) and marketing cookies (Google Ads and the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads) load ONLY after you accept them in the cookie banner. Nothing is pre-selected, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Google’s tags also receive your choice through Google Consent Mode.

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising tags only run if you accept marketing cookies, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal we treat it as an opt-out: marketing cookies stay off even if you click “Accept All”.

We email you about your enquiry, your order and your course. We do not send marketing newsletters from this site; if we ever email you news or offers, every such email will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out using the details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
