By accessing and using balancebrightness.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Balance Brightness is an independent private training institute. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by, licensed by, approved by, or in any way connected to the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA), or to any other professional syndicate, examining body, institute, or regulator.

Our LACPA programs are independent academic review and support courses for candidates preparing to sit the syndicate's examinations. They are not an official preparation program, they are not part of any syndicate curriculum or training pathway, and no part of our teaching, materials, or assessment is set, reviewed, approved, or recognised by the syndicate.

We do not register candidates for any examination, determine eligibility, issue professional licences, award the LACPA title or any other professional credential, sit on any examining committee, or have any influence whatsoever on examination questions, marking, or results. Registration, eligibility, examination fees, and the examinations themselves are handled solely by the syndicate, directly with you.

Any certificate issued by Balance Brightness is a certificate of completion of our own training only. It carries no professional standing, confers no licence or title, and is not a qualification recognised by the syndicate or by any regulator.

Our programs are designed to prepare and support you, and we are proud of what our candidates achieve, but no training provider can guarantee an examination result. We do not promise, and you should not rely on any statement as promising, that you will pass.

“LACPA” and the names of all other credentials and examining bodies referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here descriptively — to identify the examinations our courses help candidates prepare for — and their use does not imply any association with, or sponsorship or approval by, those owners.

Balance Brightness grants you permission to view and use the materials on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a licence to use, not a transfer of title.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from the Site, and not to use it for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.

Course and webinar details, schedules, and fees are published on the Site and may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date.

To enroll, you can register through a course page or contact us directly. Where fees apply, your place is confirmed once payment arrangements are agreed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Our programs are designed to prepare and support you. While many of our participants pass their certification exams, we cannot guarantee any specific exam result or outcome. Enrolling in a program with us does not register you for any professional examination, and does not create any relationship between you and the body that sets it — see Independence and Non-Affiliation above.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

When you submit information through our forms, you agree to provide accurate and current details so that we can respond to you properly.

All content on the Site, including text, course outlines, training materials, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Balance Brightness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Course and training materials provided to participants are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balance Brightness is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its materials.

The educational content on the Site is provided for general training purposes and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice for any specific situation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
